House calls or Telehealth: Acute illness - Cost: $70

Sibling at same visit: Acute illness - $50

Primary care.

Well visit 3 years and up: $70 per visit (Includes sports physical)

Well visit under 3 years of age: $50 per visit

Well visits include history, exam, Ht, Wt, BP, developmental evaluation at appropriate ages. Any required lab (other than listed below) will need to be completed at the lab of your choice. Billing for this lab will be between parent/patient and the lab and may include the use of your insurance.

Additional charges/services:

There is an additional $10 charge for quick tests as needed:

Rapid Strep and Influenza tests are available

TRAVEL TO NEIGHBORING COUNTY: $20 (Muscatine County, Clinton County)

Tots N Teens Pediatric Housecalls, LLC does not accept any insurance. This allows us to keep our prices low. If you have a high deductible or no insurance, our services are perfect for you!

Payment is expected at the time of services: Credit card or Health Savings Account cards are accepted. No cash.

Our provider is considered “out of network” with insurance plans. You will receive documentation regarding the visit charges and codes for each child seen to file with your insurance company. The amount of reimbursement will depend on the benefits provided by your plan. This does not apply to Medicaid. Tots N Teens Pediatric Housecalls, LLC does not accept Medicaid. Medicaid recipients can pay out of pocket for visits and medications. Medicaid does not reimburse.

Any testing that is ordered may be done at the lab of your choice. This will not be billed by our office, but by the lab you choose and the lab can bill your insurance.
